Creation of a new scenario will usually involve editing the site_file$interventions data.frame.

Future

We can add in future scenario options by extending the site_file$interventions data.frame to include future years and specifying intervention options for those years. Please note that modifications of site_file$interventions$itn_use will require the site_file$interventions$itn_input_dist to be re-estimated and re-linked to pyrethroid-resistance net parameter estimates.

Historical

Historical intervention coverage can be edited and modified in a similar way. Please note, that in many cases this will require re-Calibration of the baseline.
