End-to-end malaria modelling, powered by data and research, serving national and global needs.


The malariaverse is a constellation of R packages to support the use of malariasimulation individual-based malaria transmission model for place specific modelling, for example modelling a specific region or country.

The process often involves:

  1. Collecting and processing data that are specific to the place.
  2. Using these data to parameterise malariasimulation.
  3. Processing raw model outputs.
  4. Optimisation.
