The malariaverse is a constellation of R packages to support the use of malariasimulation individual-based malaria transmission model for place specific modelling, for example modelling a specific region or country.
The process often involves:
- Collecting and processing data that are specific to the place.
- Using these data to parameterise malariasimulation.
- Processing raw model outputs.
- Optimisation.
