A scenario builder for the Malariaverse.
Scene provides a small set of generic helpers for extending and populating the $interventions section of a malariaverse site file to define future scenarios (expanding the time series, setting change points, interpolating and extrapolating). Plotting, net-distribution conversion and vector-control parameterisation now live in the site package.
