Get region and country population from a combined fits object

spim_population(combined, ignore_uk = FALSE, by_age = TRUE, group = 1:19)

Arguments

combined: Combined fits object
ignore_uk: If TRUE population of UK is returned as NA
by_age: Logical, indicating if population should be returned by age
group: Vector of group indices (for the carehomes model on 1:19)
